Why K-drama deserves its own board

K-drama is now one of the four biggest Hallyu categories globally. In the 2026 survey, 51.3% said Korean dramas were widely popular in their market, and 72.9% had consumed K-dramas. KoreaHype will keep global preference and Korea-local viewing charts separate so each number keeps its real meaning.
